The Human Resources office provides service in the area of employment, compensation, labor and employee relations, benefits and human resource information to all Manteno CUSD No. 5 employees. Our department is committed to the highest standards of service and is continuously seeking to improve in all of these areas. Our office seeks to provide support to all employees, as well as effective and efficient communication of Manteno CUSD No. 5 policies and procedures. The Human Resources' staff works with administrators and directors regarding staffing needs, employee evaluations, job postings, and substitute services, as well as the application process for all district employment.
